The Water Act demands that where an effluent cannot be treated at the local municipal works, it MUST be treated at the source itself, to such a level that it can safely be discharged directly back into the environment.
The RAS System consists of five phases taking place in five chambers. Each phase is in relation to the other phases.

  • Effluent is guaranteed to comply with DWAF Guidelines.
  • Easy to operate and do not require permanent staff onsite.
  • These plants are also safe for people, especially children and animals as there are no open dams or pits.

WASHBAYS

We design and construct wash bays for a large amount of vehicles from LDV’s to HDV’s. The design incorporates an effluent separation system complete with a close-circuit system which allows for recovery and re-use of the wash water. the water recovered will be silt and hydrocarbon free.

OIL AND WATER SEPERATION SYSTEMS

Oil Water Separators purpose is to recover hydrocarbons that have segregated from emulsion in an gravity waste water separation plant.

FUTURE ENVIRONMENTAL was invited by Rainbow Farms to find a solution to the inconsistent water supply in to the Factory.

FUTURE ENVIRONMENTAL suggested the supply and installation of a 2 Million (Mega) Liter Water Reservoir, as holding capacity for required usage.

FUTURE ENVIRONMENTAL was contracted to supply a Turnkey Project which included the following:
